Older&Wiser is a public service program jointly sponsored by the 14-county Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services Consortium and local state legislators to present free legal information seminars on matters of special importance to elderly adults and their families. (See program Kickoff)

The program was developed and piloted by Neighborhood Legal Services Association (NLSA) with assistance from volunteer attorneys.

Older&Wiser seminars soon will be available throughout southwestern Pennsylvania.

The Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services Consortium is comprised of Laurel Legal Services (LLS), Neighborhood Legal Services Association (NLSA) and Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services. These programs provide free legal services in civil cases to low-income residents of Armstrong, Cambria, Clarion, Indiana, Jefferson and Westmoreland counties (LLS);Allegheny, Beaver, Butler and Lawrence counties (NLSA); and Greene, Fayette, Somerset and Washington counties (SWPLS).
